Same Day Delivery
A flower order for Shuimogou Qu can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Planning a same-day delivery in Shuimogou Qu? The ordering deadline is 14:00 local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. Address details for Nanhu Beilu should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Before ordering for a guest at Greencentre Western Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. Check with Xihong Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Business hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
When the recipient is at 2nd Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
For someone working at Urumqi Municipal Government, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
For someone in Nanhu Nanlu, use that locality name within the delivery address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Pizza Hut, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
