Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
For same-day flower delivery in Taiyuan, place your order before 14:00 local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Yingcun.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Pullman Taiyuan, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hampton by Hilton Taiyuan Wuyi Square, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Sending flowers to someone at Shanxi Province Experiment School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Taiyuan No.12 High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Taiyuan No.Thirty-six high school, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Taiyuan Cathedral, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Taiyuan Ancient Mosque, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Kempinski Hotels, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
Use the hospital’s full address for Taiyuan and Child Healthcare Hospital, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
For a table booked at Hai Di Lao Hot Pot, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
