Same Day Delivery
For a recipient in Tianhe Qu, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Motto Rock in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as New School Motto Rock are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Tianhe Qu is 14:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. For an address in Liede, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
A flower order for someone staying at W Hotels should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. When addressing flowers to a guest at Grand Hyatt, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. If you are sending to a guest of Ramada, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. For an order addressed to W Hotels, the listed location is 冼村路 26; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Guangzhou Tianhe Middle School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Guangzhou Middle School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Guangzhou Preschool Teachers College (Linhe Campus)? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If the service takes place at Tianhe Christian Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Zhujiang New Town.
Before sending a tribute to Cemetery of the 19th Route Army Martyrs in the Battle of Shanghai in Guangzhou, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Jiang by Chef Fei, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
