Order before 14:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Tulufan Shi. For flowers addressed to a guest at Star Hotel CNY120〜 （foreigner ok）星辰酒店, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Maixi Lepu Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. For a guest at Turfan Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. You will find Star Hotel CNY120〜 （foreigner ok）星辰酒店 listed at 高昌中路ئوتتۇرا ئىدىقۇت يولى 422; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Gaochang District No.3 Middle School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Turpan Gaochang District Secondary Vocational and Technical School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Laocheng.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
