The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Yaohai Qu. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. If the recipient’s address is in Fenghuangqiao, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
A flower order for someone staying at Super 8 Hotel Hefei East Ring Hotel (No Foreigners) should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Super 8 Hotel Hefei Linquan Road Hejia, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. For a guest at Super 8 Hotel Hefei Mingguang Road Hengda Central Square (No Foreigners), confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. When arranging flowers for Super 8 Hotel Hefei East Ring Hotel (No Foreigners), note its listed address, 长江东路; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a thank-you addressed to staff at JingDongFang Hospital, check flower acceptance and the department’s delivery address before ordering.
A delivery timed for a meal at Haidilao Hot Pot needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
