The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Yongning Qu is 14:00. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. If the recipient’s address is in Yongning Emerging Industrial Park, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If you are sending to a guest of Wanda Realm Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
A delivery for Nanning No.43 Middle School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Yongning No.2 Junior High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Yongning No.3 Junior High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Ji Hotel, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Haidilao Hot Pot, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
