Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Po Lam. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Jat Incline Marker is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Po Lam is 14:00. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. An address in Ho Chung should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Check with the ward at Haven of Hope Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery. Before arranging flowers for someone at The Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hong Kong, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address. The location listed for Haven of Hope Hospital is 靈實路 Haven of Hope Road 8; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Holiday Inn Express Hong Kong Kowloon CBD2, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Before ordering for a guest at Hotel COZi ∙ Harbour View, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. If you are sending to a guest of The Royal Garden Kowloon East, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. The listed address for Holiday Inn Express Hong Kong Kowloon CBD2 is 巧明街 How Ming Street 97; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Flowers for a service at Tin Hau Temple (Cha Kwo Ling) are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Tseung Kwan O Baptist Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Cham Shan Monastery, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Tseung Kwan O Village.
Before sending a tribute to Junk Bay Chinese Permanent Cemetery, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Genki Sushi, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
Sending flowers to someone at Caritas Mother Teresa School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Lok Wah Catholic Primary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
A delivery for United Christian College (Kowloon East) is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
