Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Sheung Wan. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Race Course Fire Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Boundary stone of the former Mountain Lodge in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Mong Kok.
Check with the ward at Grantham Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery. Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Tang Shiu Kin Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Wong Chuk Hang Hospital, and address the order to the hospital itself. You will find Grantham Hospital listed at 黃竹坑道 Wong Chuk Hang Road 125; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
For a guest at Conrad Hong Kong, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. Before ordering for a guest at Hilton Garden Inn Hong Kong Mongkok, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. Check with Pottinger Hong Kong before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. The street address listed for Conrad Hong Kong is 金鐘道 Queensway 88; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If the service takes place at Lo Pan Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Kwun Yam Temple, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at St. Mary's Church Hung Hom are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
For someone in Sai Ying Pun, use that locality name within the delivery address.
Before ordering a tribute for delivery to Tung Wah Coffin Home, ask the venue to confirm the address and handover arrangements. For a tribute intended for Chiu Yuen Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Joyous Gate, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
Before sending flowers to Island School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a delivery to a teacher at Quarry Bay School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
