Same Day Delivery
Send flowers to someone in Kenangan Baru without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Candi Somdet Nyanasamvara are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Monumen Guru Patimpus is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Kenangan Baru is 14:30 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. When entering an address in Marindal Dua, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Sending to Le Polonia Hotel & Convention? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Check with OYO 2345 HOMESTAY JAYA before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. The street address listed for Le Polonia Hotel & Convention is Jend. Sudirman 14; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Batari School CBD2, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Sri Mariamman Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Gereja Katedral Medan - Santa Perawan Maria Yang Dikandung Tanpa Noda, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Shri Soepramaniem Nagarattar, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for a recipient at RSUD Dr Pirngadi needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
If the recipient works at Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Sumatera Utara, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
If the recipient’s address is in Patumbak Kampung, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Restoran Sederhana, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
