Send your flower order for Kincang Wetan online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Kincang Wetan is 14:30, local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
For a delivery to a teacher at Islamiyah School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Lembaga pelatihan kerja Mitra Lawu, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to SDN Kraton 2, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Masjid Agung Baitul Hakim Kota Madiun, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to a patient at RS Hermina Madiun calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
For a recipient at Asrama Haji Kota Madiun, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Kantin Bengawan, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
