For delivery on the same day in Tegowanu Wetan, the order needs to be placed before 14:30 local time. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one.
Use the hospital’s full address for KLINIK PRATAMA KHOIR AKBAR, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered. For a recipient at PUSKESMAS BILO PUNDENARUM, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
When several people are giving the flowers together at SD Negeri Medani, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
