Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Tungkob. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Tugu Darussalam are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Tugu Pena Simpang Mesra in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Same-day orders for Tungkob close at 14:30 local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions.
A flower order for someone staying at Hadrah Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. For flowers addressed to a guest at Hermes Palace Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Before sending flowers to MIS MEUNARA BARO, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at SD Negeri 56 Banda Aceh, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at SMA Negeri 1 Baitussalam, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
Flowers for a service at Masjid Hidayatul Islam are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Grand Lambhuk Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
A delivery timed for a meal at Asia Utama needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
