Same Day Delivery
Send flowers to someone in Mangystau without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The online payment is made in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Taras Shevchenko are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. 'I LOVE AKTAU' is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Order before 18:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Mangystau. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. When the destination is in 11 şağın awdan, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Holiday Inn Aktau, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. A flower order for someone staying at Caspian Riviera Grand Palace Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Before sending flowers to QSI School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Bolashak 10-shool, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Global students center, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Abish Kozha mosque, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Armenian Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Beket Ata underground mosque are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Marriott Renaissance Aktau, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
When the recipient is at Hospital Village, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
An order for a staff member at Oblast Government should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
For an address in 11A şağın awdanı, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Daredzhani, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
