Same Day Delivery
For a recipient in Agua de Dios, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. If the destination is in Nueva Colombia, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Check that HOSPEDAJE El NUEVO CASTILLO can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. If you are sending to a guest of Bonanza, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. A flower order for someone staying at El Peñón should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. For delivery details relating to HOSPEDAJE El NUEVO CASTILLO, its listed address is Calle 12 9-33; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Colegio La Inmaculada, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Colegio María Auxiliadora? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Colegio Salesiano Miguel Unia, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
Flowers for a service at Iglesia Pentecostal Unida de Colombia are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Parroquia Nuestra Señora del Carmen, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Hospital Herrera Restrepo, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Alcaldía Municipal de Agua de Dios, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
