Send your flower order for El Bagre online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Payment is taken online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Order before 15:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in El Bagre. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
For a patient at HOSPITAL NUESTRA SEÑORA DEL CARMEN, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination. For delivery details relating to HOSPITAL NUESTRA SEÑORA DEL CARMEN, its listed address is Carrera 50 46D - 37; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
For a delivery to a teacher at Escuela Urb El Progreso, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Centro Educativo Rur Los Mellizos, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Centro Educativo Rur Muqui Abajo? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at Iglesia, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Parroquia Divino Niño are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Hotel Real before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Donde Alicia, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
