Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Guaduas. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Acequía colonial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Order before 15:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Guaduas. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. For a recipient whose address is in Centro, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hotel El Virrey, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. If you are sending to a guest of Matisia, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Esc. Ceniceros, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Esc. R. Cajón, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Esc. Santa Rosa is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Hostal Morgan? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
For an address in Galán, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Casa Real - El refugio de Pola & Alejo, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
