A florist in Guaquira handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Cristo Rey in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Monumento El Angel are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The order must be placed before 15:00 local time for same-day flowers in Guaquira. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building.
A delivery for Institución Educativa Técnica Ramón Ignacio Avella Sede Garagoa is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at I.E. Técnica Ramón Ignacio Avella Sede Técnica? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Iglesia La Peninsula are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at La Cumbre Santuario Religioso, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Monumento Señor de los Milagros, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Hotel Decameron - Refugio Santa Ines, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
Address flowers for someone at Sede Santa Inés - Corpoboyacá with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Arco Iris, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
