Send your flower order for Neiva online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Al Trabajador en Construcción is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Diosa de la sabiduría in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

For delivery on the same day in Neiva, the order needs to be placed before 15:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in El Progreso.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Centro Pediátrico Gabriel Alarcón, and address the order to the hospital itself. Sending to a patient at Hospital Universitario de Neiva calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order. The street address listed for Centro Pediátrico Gabriel Alarcón is Carrera 17A #5A-51; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
If you cannot visit a guest at GHL Style Hotel Neiva, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering. If you are sending to a guest of Hostal el Papayo, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. For flowers addressed to a guest at La Nueva Estancia, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. When arranging flowers for GHL Style Hotel Neiva, note its listed address, 42-195 Carrera 16; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a service at Capilla de Villa Milena, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Iglesia Santa Maria de la Paz, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Iglesia de Campo Nuñez, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When ordering for a recipient at Alcaldía de Neiva, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
For someone in La Floresta, use that locality name within the delivery address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Fervor Neiva, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Cea Autorally, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
Sending flowers to someone at Institución Educativa Claretiano? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a delivery to a teacher at Colegio Gimnasio Moderno, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
