Same Day Delivery
For a recipient in Puerto Gaitan, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Arco Puerto Gaitán are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Maloka Puerto Gaitán in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Same-day orders for Puerto Gaitan close at 15:00 local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order.
When the recipient is at Drogueria Kalu, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers. Sending to a patient at Hospital Departamental calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Altavista del Llano, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Sending to Hotel Remanso Llanero? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. For a guest at Hotel tatiana, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. The listed address for Altavista del Llano is Carrera 13 6 - 33; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When a funeral service is held at Catedral Maria de la Iglesia, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Iglesia Protestante Cruzada Cristiana are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Iglesia Viva Que Acompaña El Espiritu De La Mision, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for a recipient at Centro de Salud needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
Before sending to a workplace such as Alcadia Municipio de Puerto Gaitán, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at El Merendero, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
For a delivery to a teacher at Colegio Jorge Eliécer Gaitán, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
