Same Day Delivery
For a recipient in Puerto inirida, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The online payment is made in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

The order must be placed before 15:00 local time for same-day flowers in Puerto inirida. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order.
If you cannot visit a guest at Residencias El Turista del Guainia, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering. The listed address for Residencias El Turista del Guainia is calle 16 3; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Colegio El Pajuil, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Colegio Los Libertadores, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to SENA Regional Guainía, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Centro Emaus, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Iglesia de Sagrada Familia, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Ajicero manaca, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
