Fresh blooms delivered to over 120+ countries.
Same Day Delivery
For a recipient in Villa de Leyva, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Amonita are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Monumento a Antonio Nariño in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

For delivery on the same day in Villa de Leyva, the order needs to be placed before 15:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
Check with Hotel VDL Colonial before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. A flower order for someone staying at Apartasuites las Marias should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Caney Hotel Boutique, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Hotel VDL Colonial is listed at Circunvalar 8-71; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Escuela Luis Carlos Galan is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Escuela Sabana, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Colegio Antonio Nariño, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Claustro San Francisco, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Convento Padres carmelitas, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Fundación Santa Teresa (Ciudad de Dios) are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check whether Alcaldia accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
For a table booked at La Maria Bistro, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
