Send flowers to Nhot Ou from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. You pay online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

For delivery on the same day in Nhot Ou, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed.
Check with the ward at Nyot-ou District Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery. If you are sending flowers to someone at Malithao Health Center, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
If the recipient is staying at Hotel Looks New, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Dok Champa Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
For a thank-you addressed to staff at Bantang Health Center, check flower acceptance and the department’s delivery address before ordering.
