Send flowers to someone in Neudorf without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Grande-Duchesse Charlotte is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Batty Weber in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Neudorf is 14:00. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. When entering an address in Kirchberg, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Before sending to Centre Hospitalier de Luxembourg, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. Sending to a patient at ZithaKlinik calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
A delivery for Lycée Robert-Schuman is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Waldorf School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to École Privée Fieldgen, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Église de Saint-Michel, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Sacred-Heart Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Trinité are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Mama Shelter before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Check with the ward at Hôpital Kirchberg before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
Before sending to a workplace such as Court of Justice of the European Union, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
Where the delivery address includes Ville Haute, retain the locality when filling in the order.
A tribute addressed to Luxembourg American Cemetery and Memorial should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
For a table booked at Origine, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
Sending to Coque Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
For a guest at Key Inn Serviced Residences Belair, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
