You do not need to be in Bangau to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order.
A flower order for someone staying at Kudat Riviera - Exclusive Beach Villas should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Sending to Lupa Masa Bavang Jamal Homestay? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
When a funeral service is held at Bawang Jamal Protestant Church (PCS), confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Kudat Riviera, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
