Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. Address details for Bukit Mahkota should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Puri Pujangga Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. For flowers addressed to a guest at Hotel Bangi Lanai, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
For a delivery to a teacher at Sekolah Kebangsaan Bangi, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (C) Yoke Min, Bangi, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Al-Amin Islamic Secondary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at Masjid Batu 3, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Masjid Pekan Bangi, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Masjid Rinching Hilir, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Hotel Puri Pujangga @ UKM Bangi, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
For a recipient at Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN), include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
For a recipient whose address is in Southville City, keep that place name in the address you enter.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Nando's, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
