Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Place a same-day order for Bukit Kayu Hitam by the local cutoff of 15:00. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order.
A flower order for someone staying at Paramount Palace Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
For a delivery to a teacher at Sekolah Berasrama Penuh Integrasi Kubang Pasu, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Masjid Bukit Kayu Hitam, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at K.T.Hotel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Md Stuki Steamboat & Seafood Restaurant, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
