The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Kampung Baru is 15:00. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. When entering an address in Baki Ville, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
A delivery for Sekolah Kebangsaan (SK) Saint Barnabas Baru is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to SJK(C) Chung Hua Batu 32, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at SMK Taee, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at Gereja Roman Catholic, Kampung Baru Mawang are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Saint Barnabas Anglican Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Santa Maria Church Kampung Baru, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Love Garden - Serian , The Mamek's Residence should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at SALCRA Serian Regional Office, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
For a table booked at Mui Fook, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
