The same-day ordering cutoff in Klebang Besar is 15:00, local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. Address details for Bukit Rambai should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Sending to Asteria Melaka by Attic Suite? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Asteria Melaka by Attic Suite is listed at Jalan KSB 11A 1; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to SJK (C) Bachang, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for SJK (C) Malim is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at SJK (C) Ting Hwa? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at Tranquerah Mosque, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a patient at Klinik Kesihatan Tengkera, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
When the destination is in Malim Jaya, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A delivery timed for a meal at Hainanese Restaurant needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Oriental Melaka Straits Medical Centre, and address the order to the hospital itself.
