Same Day Delivery
A florist in Pengkalan Chepa handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Kubur Lama Taman Sabariah in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Laman Pendaratan Jepun 1941 Kuala Pak Amat is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Pengkalan Chepa is 15:00, local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. Where the delivery address includes Sabak, retain the locality when filling in the order.
A flower order for someone staying at The Sofea Inn should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. If you are sending to a guest of Hotel Nurul Eki, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hotel Zamburger, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. For an order addressed to The Sofea Inn, the listed location is Kampung Tok Kaya , Pengkalan Chepa , Kota Bharu , Kelantan Lot 487; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When a funeral service is held at Masjid As-Salam Pengkalan Chepa, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Masjid Mukim Panji, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient works at Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
When the destination is in Kampung Kelubi, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Pizza Hut, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
