When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. When the destination is in Taman Mutiara, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
For a delivery to a teacher at SJK (C) Tanjong Sepat, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (Tamil) Ladang Tumbuk, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Tanjung Sepat, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at Surau, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Surau Baitul Rahman, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Tai Yang Gong Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Taman Pelangi.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at RED HOUSE SNACKS, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
