Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for La Francheville online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Monument aux morts de La Francheville in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

For delivery on the same day in La Francheville, the order needs to be placed before 16:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Saint-Ponce.
Sending flowers to someone at École maternelle? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to École primaire, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Église Saint-Thomas, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient works at Mairie de La Francheville, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
Before sending a tribute to Cimetière nouveau, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
