Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Laroque-des-Alberes online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The online payment is made in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. When entering an address in Clos du Chêne, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
A delivery for École maternelle is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at École primaire, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
Flowers for a service at Notre-Dame-de-Tanya are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Sant Sebastià de la Roca, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Église Saint-Félix et Saint-Blaise, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Le Catalan should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
An order addressed to Mairie de Laroque-des-Albères should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
If the destination is in Le Clos des Albères, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Pizzeria Aux Saveurs Du Monde, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
