Same Day Delivery
Send flowers to someone in Neuilly-sur-Seine without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Statue équestre du duc d'Orléans in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Temple de l'Amour is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Add any required entry code before submitting the order.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Le 37 bis, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Sending to Neuilly Park Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
A delivery for Collège et Lycée Privé Sainte-Marie de Neuilly is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Institution Notre-Dame de Sainte-Croix, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Lycée général Louis Pasteur, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Synagogue de Neuilly, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Crowne Plaza Paris - Neuilly before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Address flowers for someone at Hôtel de Ville with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
A tribute addressed to Cimetière ancien de Neuilly-sur-Seine should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Pizza Hut, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
