Same Day Delivery
You do not need to be in Saint-Genest-Malifaux to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Vélocio in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Saint-Genest-Malifaux is 16:00 local time. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. For an address in Magnoloux, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
For a delivery to a teacher at Collège Saint-Régis, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Lycée agricole Le Creux du Balay, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for École primaire Bourg l'étang is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Église Saint-Genest, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at La Diligence, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
When ordering for a recipient at Mairie de Saint-Genest-Malifaux, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
For a table booked at Auberge du Sapt, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
