Same Day Delivery
Send flowers to someone in Saint-Jean-de-Luz without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by La Pergola in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as De la Résistance 1940 à la Victoire 1945 are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Planning a same-day delivery in Saint-Jean-de-Luz? The ordering deadline is 16:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. When the destination is in Chantaco, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Check that Hôtel Colbert can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hôtel Ibis Style Donibane, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Sending to Hôtel de Paris? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. The address given for Hôtel Colbert is Boulevard du Commandant Passicot 3; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Donibaneko Ikastola? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Groupe Scolaire Donibane Sainte-Famille d’Urquijo, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Église Saint-Jean-Baptiste, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Chapelle Mariaren Bihotz Garbiari, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Chapelle Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Hôpital de Saint-Jean-de-Luz, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
Before placing a workplace order for Hôtel de ville, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
An address in Résidence Luzienne should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
If the delivery address is Euskal Ehorzketak, confirm the exact meeting point and arrangements with the venue before ordering a tribute. Before sending a tribute to Cimetière Aïce Errota, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
For a table booked at Courtepaille, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
