Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Villemolaque. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. For a recipient whose address is in Le Balcon du Canigou, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Before sending flowers to École maternelle Les Papillons, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at École élémentaire Les Mésanges, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
Flowers for a service at Église Saint-Julien-et-Sainte-Basilisse are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as Mairie de Villemolaque, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
When entering an address in Le Clos des Chênes, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Les pieds sous la table, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
