Same Day Delivery
A flower order for Cabeco da Vela can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Monumento ao Emigrante are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Nossa Senhora do Pópulo.
A flower order for someone staying at Hotel Facho should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Sending to Quinta da Foz? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
When a funeral service is held at Capela de Chão da Parada, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Capela de Reguengo da Parada, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Igreja Paroquial do Nadadouro, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Surfinn, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
An order addressed to Junta de Freguesia de Tornada should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
When the destination is in Casal das Hortas, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Before sending a tribute to Cemitério Velho de Caldas da Rainha, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
For a table booked at O Litro, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
