Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Cabo Podao online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Bateria de Costa are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. If the destination is in 1º de Maio, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Check with Village Cabo Girão before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. When addressing flowers to a guest at Pestana Churchill Bay, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Before ordering for a guest at Bio Hotel Quinta da Serra, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. The listed address for Village Cabo Girão is Estrada 1 de Julho 2; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Escola Básica do 1.º Ciclo com Pré-Escolar da Corujeira? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Escola Básica do Galeão is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Escola Básica e Secundária Padre Manuel Álvares (Campanário), name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Igreja de São Martinho are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Nossa Senhora da Graça, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check whether Vehicle Testing Centre accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
If the recipient’s address is in Doutor Barreto, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If flowers are going to Cemitério Britânico, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
A delivery timed for a meal at Vila do Peixe needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
