Same Day Delivery
For a recipient in Casal das Sortes, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Doutor Raul Lopes is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Manuel Mendes Godinho are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Same-day flower delivery in Casal das Sortes has an ordering deadline of 18:00, measured in local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. If the destination is in Bacelos, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Before sending flowers to 1º Jardim Escola João de Deus, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Centro de Línguas de Tomar, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Círculos e Vírgulas - Explicações e Estudos, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at Sinagoga de Tomar, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Igreja de Santa Maria dos Olivais, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Capela de São Lourenço are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotel dos Templários, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Hospital da Misericórdia, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
Address flowers for someone at Câmara Municipal de Tomar with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
An address in Casal dos Frades should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
A delivery timed for a meal at Restaurante Piri-Piri needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
