A flower order for Rebelos can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. Address details for Mochinha should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
When a funeral service is held at Igreja da Cela Nova, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Capela de Nossa Senhora do Rosário do Casal Pardo, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Capela do Silval are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Casa de Amor de Thays e Manu dois, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
An order for a staff member at Junta de Freguesia do Vimeiro should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Jardim da Vila, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
