Send your flower order for Roias online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

For delivery on the same day in Roias, the order needs to be placed before 18:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. For a recipient whose address is in Barreiro, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Check that Residencial Marco de São Pedro can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Quinta do Caminho, AL, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
For a service at Capela da Senhora da Graça, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Capela de Nossa Senhora do Alívio are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Capela de São Lourenço, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Padre Cruz, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
For someone working at Junta Freguesia de Linhares, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
When entering an address in Casa Boa, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Braseirão do Minho, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
