Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed.
Sending flowers to someone at Escola do Ensino Básico do 1° Ciclo de Balsas? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Escola do Ensino Básico do 1° Ciclo de Camarneira, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Escola do Ensino Básico do 1º Ciclo de Covão do Lobo is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Capela de Balsas, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Capela de Montinho, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Capela de Nossa Senhora da Saúde, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order addressed to Junta de Freguesia de Camarneira should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
For a table booked at Restaurante Sesta, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
