For a recipient in Vinhais, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Place a same-day order for Vinhais by the local cutoff of 18:00. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. If the recipient’s address is in Arrabalde, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
A delivery for Escola Básica e Secundária Dom Afonso III is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Escola Básica do 1º Ciclo de Vinhais? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Igreja de São Facundo, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Vinhais Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
An order addressed to Câmara Municipal de Vinhais should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
When entering an address in Bairro d'Além, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
A delivery timed for a meal at Churrasqueira Vasco da Gama needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
