For a service at kaplička Nanebevzetí Panny Marie, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
