Send your flower order for Zakava online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The online payment is made in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Pomník obětem 1. a 2. světové války in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Socha sv. Václava are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

For same-day flower delivery in Zakava, place your order before 14:00 local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
