A flower order for Mao can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
Sending to Hotel Novus Caoba? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. For delivery details relating to Hotel Novus Caoba, its listed address is Estanislao Reyes; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for UTESA Mao is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If the service takes place at Iglesia Nuestra Señora de La Altagracia, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Iglesia Sagrado Corazón de Jesús, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Iglesia Santa Cruz de Mao are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Hospital Luis L. Bogaert, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
Before placing a workplace order for Ayuntamiento, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Pizzería Italiana, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include plants and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
