You do not need to be in Iasi to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

For delivery on the same day in Iasi, the order needs to be placed before 18:00 local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. When the destination is in Copou, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Spitalul Clinic de Pneumoftiziologie Iași, and address the order to the hospital itself. Strada Doctor Iacob Cihac 30 is the listed address of Spitalul Clinic de Pneumoftiziologie Iași; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Check that Hotel Capitol can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. The location listed for Hotel Capitol is Șoseaua Nicolina 2013; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For someone working at Cadastru Iasi, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
For a tribute addressed to Servicii Funerare Ștefania, check the delivery arrangements and precise meeting point with the venue first. For a tribute intended for Cimitirul Eternitatea, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Cantina-restaurant „Gaudeamus”, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
