Send your flower order for Eltham online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The online payment is made in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Eltham War Memorial Gates are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed.
Before sending flowers to Eltham School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Ngaere School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Rawhitiroa School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Eltham Baptist Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Eltham All Saints Anglican Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Saint Josephs Catholic Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Coronation Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
An order for a staff member at Eltham Town Hall should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
