A flower order for Okiato can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as 96th Regiment NZ Wars memorial plaque are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. HMS Hazard Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Kingsgate Hotel Autolodge Paihia, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. Check with Duke of Marlborough Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. For a guest at Copthorne, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. You will find Kingsgate Hotel Autolodge Paihia listed at Marsden Road 104; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Opua School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If the service takes place at Christ Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For someone working at Coast Guard Office, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
A delivery timed for a meal at Zane Grey's - The Aquarium needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
