Send flowers to Thames from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. The online payment is made in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Thames South African War memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Thames school war memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. If the destination is in Totara Heights, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Before ordering for a guest at Kopu Station Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. For an order addressed to Kopu Station Hotel, the listed location is Kopu Road 1; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Moanataiari School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Pārāwai School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Saint Francis School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Holy Trinity Anglican Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Saint James Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For someone working at Department of Conservation, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
When the destination is in Moanataiari, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A tribute addressed to Shortland Cemetery should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Pizza Hut, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
